(1) When the iron tower is shipped from the factory, the manufacturer is required to provide the steel purchased:

Check whether the actual weight is consistent with the design weight, so that the material of the tower material can be controlled according to the design requirements, avoiding the replacement of large tower materials with small tower materials and the replacement of thick tower materials with thin tower materials.

The design drawings can also be used to check the length, thickness and width of various towers such as main limbs, transverse webs, and inclined webs to verify whether they are consistent with the design. If necessary, the physical properties and chemical composition of the tower can also be tested to check whether the galvanizing quality and manganese steel and ordinary steel are used in the site.

4. Before the mass production of the iron tower, it is necessary to sample the production of a base in a ratio of 1:1 and pass the assembly and then mass production.

During the processing, the iron tower should be inspected for its welding quality and bolt holes. For example, before welding, the weld seam and the welding rod and the surface of the welding wire must be cleaned of oil, rust, etc. The surface of the weld should be smooth, wrinkle-free, intermittent and unfilled. The traps and weld metal should be fine and free of cracks and slag inclusions. After welding, the welding inspection must be carried out in accordance with national standards.

The weld inspection level is two grades, and the important welds are 20% ultrasonic flaw detection according to the secondary weld requirements. (2) Before the installation of the tower, all components shall be inspected one by one. The specifications, dimensions, quantity and appearance of the inspection components shall be consistent with the design. During the installation of the tower, the supervisors may inspect and inspect that the tower is in the process of transportation. No deformation, distortion, whether it is lost, whether it is missing, whether it is safe and civilized construction.

(3) After the installation of the tower is completed, the process can be checked by instruments. For example, use the theodolite to check the front of the tower, whether the vertical deviation of the side meets the requirements of the index (≤H/1500. Use a torque wrench to check whether the bolt tightening degree is met (m≤16, 70N/M; m>16,100N/M) Whether the bolt thread is exposed after fastening, whether the iron busbar and the feeder bridge are properly installed and in place. 1. 5, the mast connection must be straight, connecting bolts and double caps. When standing up, the division of labor must be clear and coordinated. When the mast is set to 70°, the winch should be stopped and the cable wind should be adjusted. The cable wind control must be undertaken by experienced personnel.

6. When lifting the first section of the member, the angle of the mast is not less than 45°. If the mast position cannot be satisfied, the weight of the lifting member should not exceed 1 ton. If necessary, consider using the pulley block and reinforcement. Rod.

7, lifting wire rope, cable wind ropes must be kept 80% new, or timely replacement.

8. The effective height of mast lifting must be within 3/5 of the total length indicated by 扒.

9. When the mast has no cable wind, the inclination should be strictly controlled within 5°. The mast foot must be fixed at the position where the main material will not slide. The diameter of the fixed steel sleeve should be <15mm.

10. The mast must be smashed with a new white brown rope of 16mm and the force per strand is even.

11. When starting to hoist, the chief commander of the ground and the commander of the aerial work must pay close attention to the force of the mast. After the mast is fully stressed, it can be lifted after confirming that there is no problem. The component must be balanced during the lifting process. Strictly guarded by the tower body, the high-altitude workers must stand in a safe position, not allowed to chat, joking, should always be vigilant, and then the components reach the installation height, and then in place.

12. After the first main material is installed, the two sides and the rear fork iron must be sealed first, and then the other main materials are hoisted by the ram. The hoisting rope must be hung on the base of the mast to reduce the lateral force of the mast. .

13. It is strictly forbidden to throw things down at high altitude. Tools and bolts must be placed in special tool bags. Rope must be used to transfer them up and down.

14. If there are small components, it is difficult to install at one time. It is strictly forbidden to suspend. The components must be placed down and straightened to prevent accidents from being caught and stepped on the lower tower. When a main component is missing, it is strictly prohibited to cross the installation.

15. It is strictly forbidden to carry out lifting and high-altitude operations in bad weather such as rain and snow, dense fog, icing on the tower, high temperature at noon or strong winds above six.

16. The commander of the aerial work should always supervise the safety of other high-altitude workers. Always check to remind everyone to use the seat belt correctly, take care of each other, help, and face the problem to be calm, take it seriously, and strictly prohibit the risky and ruthless, without reliable measures. It is better to stop working and ask the company leaders to handle it.

17. It is strictly forbidden to wear hard hats or idlers within the working radius of the iron tower within 15 meters. Try to reduce the double-layer operation. The ground workers should give active cooperation to the high-altitude workers, and the above signals will respond in time.

18. Every time you install 1~2 segments, you must measure the verticality and adjust it before loading it.

19. The cutter driver should always check and maintain the brake system and gear box of the winch. The signal command without the command powder should not be lifted or loosened. It is strictly forbidden to use the method of loose tail rope for loose grinding. When lifting, pay attention to whether the steering pulley will be disengaged or stuck, check whether the winch fixing is firm. If there is any problem, report it to the commander in time and reinforce it in time.

20. When the whole tower is installed, the verticality is adjusted to the best condition and the whole tower bolt is tightened before lifting the platform. After the whole tower is finished, the verticality is adjusted to the best condition. (1/2000)

21. Pay attention to safe use of electricity. It is strictly forbidden to connect electric welding power to lighting or elevator power supply. The site must have leakage protection device.

22. Always protect the construction site in a neat and orderly manner. Every day work must be completed and the site is clear, and all kinds of tools are in good condition.

23. If you find an accident seedling or a hidden danger, you should report it to the squad leader in time to discuss the countermeasures in a timely manner. Take effective measures to ensure safety, report to the company promptly in the event of an accident, and take effective measures to organize rescue and deal with the problem on the spot.

24. Obey the supervision and guidance of mobile companies, factory supervisors, and employees, respect their suggestions, and be patiently explain when disputes with our opinions. It is strictly forbidden to leave the site without any reason or for no reason.

25, must do a daily work diary, detailed records of some special cases of processing errors, work schedules and the scope of responsibility of high-altitude workers.

26. After the completion of the individual project, the squad leader must personally inspect the tower. The ground crew should promptly clean up the garbage around the tower and the residence, and settle all expenses. The owner, the construction unit and the factory will sign the approval on the construction form before they can appear.
