2015 fingerprint identification chip shipments look at 500 million

According to market research firm IHS, the shipment of fingerprint identification chips in 2015 reached approximately 499 million, up 58% from 2014's 316 million; among them, Apple is the largest. Fingerprint identification chip suppliers, the market share of more than 50%, and Germany's Fingerprint Cards company quickly set off, squeezed Synaptics to become the second largest supplier.
