I. Project Description

Press the motor start button, the motor starts running at the corresponding speed of 5Hz; after 10s delay, the motor speeds up at the corresponding speed of 10Hz, and after 10s delay, the motor continues

Continuously increase the speed to run at the corresponding speed of 20Hz; after every 10s, the speed will change according to the figure, and one cycle will automatically re-run after the completion of the cycle. Press the stop button, the motor stops

run.

Second, project implementation

1 , MM440 inverter settings

MM440 digital input "5", "6", "7", "8" terminals are set to 15 fixed frequency control terminals through P0701, P0702, P0703, P0704 parameters, and the frequency of each frequency band is separately

It is set by P1001~P1015 parameters. The digital input “16” terminal of the inverter is set as the motor running and stop control end, and can be set by P0705 parameter.

2, PLC I/O allocation

I0.0, motor running, corresponding to the motor running button SB1;

I0.1, the motor stops, corresponding to the motor stop button SB2;

Q0.0, fixed frequency setting, connect to MM440 digital input terminal "5";

Q0.1, fixed frequency setting, connect to MM440 digital input terminal "6";

Q0.2, fixed frequency setting, connect to MM440 digital input terminal "7";

Q0.3, fixed frequency setting, connect MM440 digital input terminal "8";

Q0.4, motor run/stop control, connect to MM440 digital input terminal "16"

3. PLC programming

The PLC program should include the following controls:

(1) When the forward start button SB1 is pressed, Q0.4 of the PLC should be set to ON to allow the motor to run.

(2) PLC output interface status, inverter output frequency, motor speed change

(3) When the stop button SB2 is pressed, Q0.4 of the PLC should be reset to OFF, and the motor stops operating.

4th, operation steps

(1) Connect the circuit diagram. After checking the wiring, turn on the power supply of the PLC and inverter.

(2) Restore the inverter factory default values, P0010 is set to 30, and P0970 is set to 1. Press the "P" key on the inverter's operation panel and the inverter will start to reset to factory defaults.

(3) The motor parameters are set as shown below. After setting the motor parameters, set

P0010 is 0, the frequency converter is in the ready state and can operate normally.

P0003 is set to 1, access level is standard;

P0010 is set to 1, quick debugging;

P0100 is set to 0, power is expressed in kW, frequency is 50Hz;

P0304 is set to 230, motor rated voltage;

P0305 is set to 1, motor rated current;

P0307 is set to 0.75, motor rated power;

P0310 is set to 50, motor rated frequency;

P0311 is set to 1460, motor rated speed;

P3900 is set to 1. End quick commissioning and enter "Ready to run."

(4) Set the 15 fixed frequency control parameters of the MM440, as shown in the following table.
