Keysight Technologies (NYSE: KEYS) announced today that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Korea Telecom at the 2018 Mobile World Congress in Barcelona to jointly develop 5G New Air Interface (NR) technology and an evolved version of 4G technology to accelerate 5G.
