After the PCB design is completed, in order to strengthen the anti-interference, we will often carry out some copper laying operations, and sometimes it is required to set the safe spacing of the copper laying area and the safe spacing of the PCB wiring.
We can do this in two ways:
The huge benefits of engineers, the first P_C_B analysis software, click to get it for free
1. Implemented through the copper coating manager
We use the shortcut keys on the menu to carry out the copper operation, you can choose the solid copper or grid copper mode, and then select Connect to Net under Net options to connect to the appropriate network, generally connect to the GND network, and generally connect to the GND network. You can select the Remove Dead Copper menu below. Then perform the copper plating operation in the appropriate area.
After the copper is laid, some corresponding copper-laying operations can be processed through Tools—Polygon Pours—Polygon Manager.
In the pop-up menu, we choose to click Create Clearance Rule, and then choose to write the appropriate safety distance after Mini Clearance in the pop-up menu, and then click OK.
Because the safety distance is modified, the system will automatically prompt to update the copper plating, click YES.
We can see the effect of re-plating copper after modifying the safe spacing of the copper-plating area.
Second, set the safe distance of the copper area through the rules
In the PCB interface, through the D+R shortcut, click the Design Rules—Electrical—Clearance on the left in the pop-up menu, add a new rule, and then click on the Advanced menu on the right, and then pop up again In the drop-down box in the menu that comes, select Object Kinds is, select Poly on the right, and then click OK.
There is the word Ispolygon in the pop-up menu, please change this word to Inpolygon, and then write the number you need under the safe space below, and click OK.
Sometimes we need to remove some broken copper after laying copper. Now it can be easily achieved by clicking Place—Polygon Pour Cutout.
Then select the copper you want to remove.
The system will prompt you to re-copper, click YES.
After re-plating the copper, you can see that a piece of copper has been dug out, as shown in the figure below.
Well, today's knowledge is shared here, Fanyi PCB will continue to bring you more wonderful PCB design expertise.
Features
A push button switch is a switch that has a knob that you push to open or close the contacts. In some pushbutton switches, you push the switch once to open the contacts and then push again to close the contacts. In other words, each time you push the switch, the contacts alternate between opened and closed. These types are commonly called latching switches. There are also Non latching push button switches that only maintain the switch contacts when the switch is help in position. Once the switch is let go, the current is broken and the switch turns off. Push switches are usually a simple on-off switch.
