1) Before installing the contactor, check whether the product nameplate and the technical data on the coil (such as rated current, voltage, operating frequency, and continuity rate, etc.) meet the actual requirements.
2) The movable part of the contactor is opened and closed by hand, and the product is required to move flexibly without jamming.
3) Some contactors are coated with anti-rust oil on the pole surface of the iron core. The anti-rust oil on the pole surface of the iron core should be wiped clean during the period of use to prevent the sticky oil from causing the contactor to power off and not release.
4) Check and adjust the working parameters of the contactor's contact (such as open distance, overtravel, initial pressure, final pressure, etc.) and synchronize the actions of the contacts of each pole.
1) The contactor should generally be installed on a vertical surface, and the inclination should not exceed 5°. For contactors with heat dissipation holes, the heat dissipation holes should be placed up and down to facilitate heat dissipation.
2) When installing and wiring, do not lose the parts inside the contactor to avoid jamming or short-circuit failure.
3) The fixing screws should be tightened to prevent vibration during operation.
4) When metal beads appear on the surface of the contact due to arcing, it should be filed in time. However, the oxide film on the surface of the silver and silver alloy contacts does not need to be filed due to the small contact resistance, otherwise the life of the contact will be shortened.
5) The contact of the contactor should be cleaned regularly to keep it clean, but oiling is not allowed.
