"This LED display is about 300 square meters, has an arc shape and a radius of about 20 meters. It is the largest LED display in Southwest China," said Mr. Li, the person in charge of LED manufacturer.

"The LED screen being debugged is costing six or seven million yuan and is made up of 297 modules." Mr. Li said that because the display screen is curved and "hangs" on the 4th floor of the building, the installation is quite difficult. . Before the construction, the workers first broke the 4th floor glass, then set up the whole scaffolding from the ground, installed a small lift, and then hanged the 297 modules one by one.

“There is also a chemical bolt used in the middle to act as a “hook.”” Mr. Li said that the workers drilled thousands of small holes in the beam on the fourth floor, each of which was filled with potion and chemical bolts. After entering the hole, it is completely integrated with the beam. The 297 quick module is first fixed on the iron square tube by specially customized screws, and the iron square tube is fixed on the welded steel frame. Then the whole steel frame is “suspended” by chemical bolts on the beam on the 4th floor of the building. The process is very complicated."

It is understood that this LED display began construction in April this year, and has entered the stage of display debugging. Some of the decorations have not yet been completed, and it is expected to be put into use in September.
