Second, technology introduction
Glazed tile press machine is divided into three parts, roller forming part, press part, and cutter part.
The roller forming section is driven by the motor and the chain drives the rollers. The pressure-type part is the hydraulic cylinder driving the mold to move up and down. It can press the color steel into many sections and resemble glazed tiles. The cutter part is the hydraulic cylinder driving the cutter to move up and down, which can cut off the colored steel tile.
The production process is as follows: The colored steel plate enters into the forming part of the roller table, and after molding, it is pressed into an embossed part and pressed into an equal distance section. The cutting knife is responsible for the fixed length cutting.
Third, control introduction
The executive part has the drive motor of the frequency converter, the electric motor of the hydraulic station, the two hydraulic solenoid valves of the pressure type, and the two hydraulic solenoid valves of the cutter.
The testing part includes: Pulse encoder for detecting the length of color steel tile, Press-type up/down travel switch, Up/down stroke switch of cutter, Press-type up/down operation button, Up/down stroke button of cutter, Emergency stop switch, Hydraulic start/stop switch and many more.
PLC chooses KDN-K3 series KDN-K306-24AR. It has 14 inputs/10 relay outputs that just meet the input and output requirements. With KDN text screen, parameter setting, alarm display, help information, production data display, etc. can be completed.

There are many parameters to be set in the tile press. Use the text screen to set. There are two kinds of parameter settings, device parameters and user parameter settings. User parameters include: number of sheets, length, first section, ending section, pitch, number of sections, and so on.
