The take apart reels for coil's production is available in different flange diameters and dimensions and could have many optionals.
 
One of this optionals, are the sectors on the barrel or on the flange (or both).
 
In this way customer can produce coils of different heights to satisty their final customrs requests.
 
The sectors can be easily applied and removed by screws depending on which coil's dimension customer needs to produce.
 
All take apart reels can be balanced for high speed and are supplied with hardened changeable bushings to prevent wear problems due to the high speed.
