Facebook confirmed not working with Yahoo!

Facebook issued a statement on Monday that the company did not start negotiations with Yahoo on search cooperation.

A British newspaper reported on Sunday that according to informed sources, Facebook is negotiating with Yahoo, and it may want to establish a search partnership with the latter. However, Facebook denied the rumors in its latest statement.

The British newspaper "Sunday Telegraph" reported that Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer and Facebook Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg had negotiated on the alliance between the two parties.
