Precautions when tightening the insulated wire:
(1) When tightening the wire, the insulated wire should not be pulled.
(2) When tightening the wire, use a wire or surface contact wire clamp and wrap a plastic or rubber band on the insulated wire to prevent the insulation from being damaged.
(3) The installation sag of the insulated wire is determined according to the design given value, and can be observed by a sag plate or other device. After the insulated wire is tight, the sag stress of each phase conductor in the same gear is consistent, and the construction error does not exceed ±50mm.
(4) After the insulation wire is tight, there should be no debris on the line.
