Simple video line/video strip generator

The 555 and dual 556 timers produce the basic video signal as shown in the schematic. The first timer generates a 4.7 microsecond sync pulse that operates in an unsteady mode with a response time of 64 microseconds. The second timer generates a delay pulse that triggers the timer.
