Rubber compounding workshop: AGV system is used to realize automatic handling, storage, identification and management of compound material of the mixer's production line, and automatic palletizing and recovery of empty pallets. The plastics produced by the master and final mills are automatically stacked. The AGV handling compounds are sent to the master batch and the final rubber batch storage area respectively. The AGV has WMS storage management and can automatically store and manage according to the specifications of the rubber materials. After the MES plans to issue a production order, AGV will send the rubber stock in the temporary compound storage zone of the master rubber to the position of the final compounding line, and will recycle the empty pallets; the compound material in the final compounding zone will be sent to the press of the component shop. Parts workshop: AGV system is used to realize the automatic handling, storage and identification management of the extrusion line, the extrusion of the production line rubber material, and the empty pallet/empty pallet truck. According to the MES plan, AGV will transport the final specification of the required specifications to the glue location on the corresponding calendering press line, and will return the empty pallet code to the income warehouse; AGV will transport the calendered extrusion line part trolley to the component temporary storage area for storage management. The semi-steel factory uses the I-wheel trolley to take the tread, and the forklift AGV carries the trolley into the cache. Storage management; all steel mills use a grid car to take over the tread, then use a load-bearing AGV to directly sneak into the lift-carrying tread grid car, and the tread AGV load is ≥ 4 tons, which can run in the horizontal direction in all directions, more flexible and able to Tightly store the tread grille, which greatly saves the floor space;

Molding shop: Through the AGV system to achieve the intelligent delivery of the components needed for the molding machine. According to the MES production plan, the tire specifications that need to be produced are assigned to the corresponding molding machines, and the various materials required for the molding machine are also sent to the AGV system. The AGV will store the inner liner, tread, sidewall, and bead of the temporary storage area. Carcasses, belts, and other components are transported to the waiting position on the molding machine, and the corresponding empty trolley is returned to the temporary storage area for storage.

Vulcanization workshop AGV intelligent logistics

Vulcanization workshop: AGV is mainly used for automated distribution of embryos to vulcanizing machines, as well as mold storage and handling.

Embryo logistics uses AGV to carry the embryo car to the vulcanizer side. Generally, the embryo car can carry 4 or 6 embryos to improve the transport efficiency.

Mould storage adopts high-shelf multi-layer form, AGV comes with WMS system, mold specifications, model, and location are all intelligently managed by AGV system. When receiving mold replacement information, stacking type AGV automatically picks up to the corresponding mold location. The mold tray is sent to the mold assembly area, and the changed mold is sent to the corresponding position; in the form of AGV+ shelf, both the storage management of the mold and the removal of the mold from the storage are realized; the stack type AGV lifting Up to 8 meters in height, automatic pallets for high-position pallets, without manual intervention, safe and reliable.
