(1) Shutdown maintenance must be monitored by two or more people;
(2) Turn the mode selector switch on the front panel of the CPU from “Run” to “Stop” position;
(3) Turn off the total power supply of the plc power supply, and then turn off the power supply to the other mode power supply;
(4) Remove the power cord connected to the power supply frame and clear the cable number and connection position, and then remove the screws connected to the cabinet from the power supply rack. The power supply frame can be removed.
(5) The CPU motherboard and I/O board can be removed after rotating the screws under the template;
(6) Installation is performed in reverse order.
