Samsung announced 2323 LED series passed 6000 hours LM80 test
[High-tech LED News] Recently, Samsung LED announced that its 2323 LED series has passed the 6,000-hour EPA-approved third-party IES LM80 test, and the company can now provide LM80 test data as needed.
The IES LM-80-2008 is the industry standard for LED luminaires, arrays and component test methods. The purpose of the LM-80 test is to compare the test results of each laboratory through a uniform test method. This test data enables LED lighting and luminaire manufacturers to meet ENERGY STAR lumen maintenance requirements and reduce ENERGY STAR certification time when using Samsung's 2323 LED series.
Samsung LED's 2323 LED series has a luminous efficiency of up to 120 lm/W and can be widely used in architectural, commercial and residential LED lighting. In addition to the LM80 test of the 2323 series, Samsung LED has also completed the 6000-hour LM80 test for other medium- and high-power LED product lines.
