GaN LED market is expected to grow by 38% in 2011

According to IMS Research report, sales of GaN (blue/green) LED market are expected to increase by 49% to 6.2 billion in 2011, sales will increase by 38% to US$10.8 billion, and 2010 GaN (blue/green) ) LED market sales increased by 67% to 8 billion US dollars.
