General Administration of Industry and Commerce: The detection rate of unqualified sampling of energy-saving lamps is 49%
On the 9th, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce announced the quality inspection results of energy-saving lamps in the circulation field: a total of 348 batches of samples were sampled, and 178 batches were qualified for all projects, and 170 batches were unqualified samples. The unqualified detection rate was 49%.
The inspection items for energy-saving lamps include indicators, prevention of electric shock, insulation resistance and dielectric strength after wet treatment, mechanical strength, fire and flame resistance, power factor, lamp power, initial luminous efficacy / luminous flux, color characteristics and other indicators.
The sampling involves unqualified brands including FSL, Flying Eagle, Grunette, Jinhengtong Lighting, Op Lighting, NVC Lighting, Akita, Tianmu Blue, Songri, and Ou Shida.
It is understood that more than half of the unqualified batch products are marked with the words "qualified products" on the "specification model", and the unqualified items are mostly marked, lamp power and light effect. The data show that the low power of the low-power lamp into high power will enable consumers to buy low-power products at a higher price, affecting the consumer's expected use.
Industry experts said that the cause of the virtual standard power is deliberately mislabeled by the manufacturer, thereby making a profit. The main reason for the failure of the light effect is that the light parameters of the energy-saving lamp capillary are not up to standard. In the production process, the standard-compliant phosphor is not used according to the regulations, resulting in insufficient brightness of the energy-saving lamp and poor energy-saving effect.
For the illegal behavior of unqualified energy-saving lamps found in sampling, the SAIC has instructed the relevant provincial and municipal industrial and commercial departments to investigate and deal with them strictly according to law.
