Deli Optoelectronics selects VEECO's MOCVD machine as LED production equipment
On December 3, Veeco announced that Guangdong Deli Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. has ordered several Turbo Disc ® K465i TM MOCVD machines for the production of high-brightness HB LEDs.
