The VSI407US is a low-cost, low-power voice processor in an ultra-thin package that delivers the perfect mix of high performance and small footprint necessary in Voice over WiFi (VoWiFi) applicaTIons such as cell phones, PDAs and other handheld devices.
Based upon the VSI407LP processor, the VSI403US features a sleek 144 LBGA (7 mm x 7 mm) package, dual TDM ports for audio ADC/DACs, interfaces for addiTIonal wireless devices, such as WLAN and Bluetooth, and is perfect for VoWiFi dual- Mode mobile phones. TheZ.VoiceTMsoftware library of industry standard VoIP algorithms and the ultra-thin packaging allows system designers to benefit immediately from the VSI407US.

For rigid-flex PCB , normally, the flex area is just taken as flex cables to connect the rigid PCB areas and only rigid area be mounted with electronic components. After PCB assembly done, the components would be mounted on the PCB boards tightly and connected each other through the copper circuits. We call such board as PCBA board or flex-rigid PCBA board.
