3. Gearbox operating principle

When using the CSl7-G type hand-operated mechanism, use the CS17-G4, 5, 6 mechanism to divide and close the isolating switch, and move the mechanism pull rod to the middle position of the "E" groove, then the mechanism can be pulled. The handle is rotated by 180° to operate. After the split and closing are completed, the pull rod is moved from the center of the “E†slot to the slot at the ends of the “divide†and “closed†cards. The CS17-G1, 2, 3 mechanism is used. When operating the grounding switch, the operating procedure is the same as the operating isolating switch, except that the mechanism handle is operated vertically.

6. With CSl7 type hand-operated mechanism action principle
When equipped with the CSl7 type hand-operated mechanism, the operating mechanism is directly connected to the shaft in the base of any one-pole isolating switch through the water gas pipe and the keyway universal joint. When the splitting and closing operation is performed, the upper handle of the mechanism is first placed in a horizontal position, and then horizontally rotated, and the clockwise direction is closed; the counterclockwise direction is opened. The separation position of the isolating switch is limited by the corresponding position on the operating mechanism and the mechanical limit device of the isolating switch. After the operation is completed, the handle is erected and fastened with a locking ring.
7. The auxiliary switch in the operating mechanism is connected with the main shaft of the mechanism, and the corresponding contact is cut or closed during the splitting and closing operation, and the corresponding split and close signals are issued.
8. The splitting and closing action of the isolating switch and the grounding switch is a three-phase synchronous action through the water gas pipe.
Second, installation and adjustment
1. The installation and adjustment of the isolating switch should meet the following requirements:
(1) When using a manual mechanism, the general physical operator should be able to perform the separate and closing operations independently, and the action is flexible.
(2) The closing synchronism value of the three-phase linkage of the isolating switch is: 35kV is not more than 5mm; 110kV is not more than 9mm.
2, isolation switch installation adjustment
(1) Fix the base of each pole isolating switch on the horizontal foundation according to the installation diagram 10 or Figure 11, and make the three-pole grounding knife shaft into a straight line.
(2) Place the operating mechanism under the rotating main shaft on the side of the active side of the isolating switch. When the main body of the isolating switch and the mechanical isolation switch are in the closing position, the water gas pipe is connected and welded firmly. (3) The installation and adjustment of the three-phase linkage of the isolating switch in the same period of time, under the condition that the two terminals are subjected to the normal busbar pulling force, the length of the phase-to-phase connecting rod is adjusted to meet the above requirements.
(4) When the isolating switch is in the closing position, all the contact points on the contact should be in contact. The tightening degree of the M8 screw on the contact is just as the spring washer is flattened and the finger can swing to the best condition.
3. Installation and adjustment of the grounding switch
(1) When the grounding switch and the mechanical operating spindle are in the closing position, the water gas pipe is connected and welded firmly.
(2) When the grounding switch is in the closing position, the contact contact position can be adjusted by the position of the grounding moving contact on the conductive tube. When the closing position is correct, tighten the tightening nut.
