In addition, the increase in capacity during the temporary replacement of transformers does not require the supply of electricity, but because the power administrative department implements two-part tariffs for large industrial enterprises, that is, according to the two parts of capacity and electricity to calculate the electricity fee, and the basic price is in accordance with the industrial enterprise's transformers. The capacity or maximum required amount (ie, the maximum value of the average load every 15 minutes or 30 minutes during the month) is used as a basis for calculating the price, and therefore, the basic electricity fee is charged based on the replaced transformer capacity from the replacement date.
